Dr. Ho is amazing
I don’t usually write reviews, but I was referred to Wink Eye Care by a close friend and had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Miranda Ho. By far the best optometrist I’ve ever seen. She was friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and provided excellent patient care, which I truly appreciated. The clinic itself was very clean, and the front staff were welcoming and professional. Overall, a 10/10 experience.
Owner was rude and not helpful when I tried to get lost glasses for my son when he was in the hospital.
Excellent customer service, so helpful with quality care. Never on the upsell, just what you need.
The staff at wink have been so exceptional, especially helping us get our son’s glasses warranty fulfilled when they broke. Wink loaned us a pair of frames and coordinated the whole process seamlessly and courteously. Thank you to their whole team for such great service in the past and especially Sawak the manager who explained everything and helped us at every turn of the warranty process.
