Great service with friendly optometrists, but I was unhappy with the billing process. I could have been informed that had I stayed with my old optometrist I would not have been charged for follow-up visits.
I have been having my eye exams with Dr. Miranda Ho for many years, and I can honestly say it has always been a wonderful experience. She is caring, attentive, and truly takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent and trustworthy eye doctor. The Staff, Shannon and Rachael, are always welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable, which makes every visit pleasant. I genuinely enjoy my visits with Dr. Miranda and her amazing team.

I recently had an eye exam with Dr. Addo, and the experience was truly exceptional. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and informative, taking the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly.
