The staff at wink have been so exceptional, especially helping us get our son’s glasses warranty fulfilled when they broke. Wink loaned us a pair of frames and coordinated the whole process seamlessly and courteously. Absolutely helpful team. My glasses were ruined after I was involved in a car accident and I kinda wrote them off. I dropped in to the eye clinic to see if they could do anything about it. They did over and beyond my expectations. Fixed the screws, the bent arm and restored it to like new. I was prepared to pay for this as it meant a lot but they declined the payment and did it as a goodwill gesture. Thank you sooo much. Highly recommend the team.
I switched to Dr. Chung’s office for my last eye exam and it was great. The most thorough tests I’ve had, everyone was really nice and friendly, and they helped me find some cute glasses in my price range
I had my eyes tested a few months ago and only just got new glasses (made elsewhere.) When I put them on I knew there was a problem. After the optician at this other store checked he determined that I was given the wrong prescription; a - number rather than a + number. I had to go back to Wink to get a revised prescription. Dr. Chung didn't even come out to apologize to me in person.
Wink Eyecare is a terrific place to take care of your eyecare needs. From excellent optometrists (Dr. Chung and Dr. Adoo) to really fantastic staff who are friendly and thoughtful (thanks Zahir and Meeta!), Wink Eyecare provides a professional experience and helps you see better!
