Great service with friendly optometrists, but I was unhappy with the billing process. I could have been informed that had I stayed with my old optometrist I would not have been charged for follow-up visits. Very unhelpful, watch for double billing without your knowledge/approval
Really bad service overall. The director Sawak truly doesn't know what she's doing, please save your money and go elsewhere
My go-to spot for beautiful eyeglasses/shades. Zahir always takes care of me and provides banger recommendations
Went to this business for new prescription and was treated unfairly for what I believe is due to my skin color. Sawak especially is a very vile individual. I'm not sure why they still employ her
Honestly speaking you should read all the other reviews. This place is beyond horrible. They messed up my glasses two separate times. The incompetence is asinine. I tried with both the Dr and with Sawak and that's when I realized I was in horrible hands. She is insufferable
