Awful service and the food has diminished! Bought a $50 gift certificate in June and they wanted me to lose the amount I didn't spend. Told me too bad...new owners. RIDICULOUS! Terrible management and they RUINED the garlic buffalo sauce.

Since new owners took over place has gone down hill. We've ordered multiple times and every time the order is wrong.

This is for the Kenneth Rd. location. My family and I have been ordering boneless wings from here since 2008. Every Sunday for football. We always got the 40 piece family meal (this has been for 8 football seasons). We ordered the 40 piece deal last weekend ( Sept. 25, 2016) and were really disappointed. There was hardly any flavor and hardly any ranch in the new dipping cups. The waffle fried were soggy and the size was cut in half for a family order. I have loved wings to go and always went there. Hers they had new owners and decided to try for myself after hearing. All the bad things....well they were right I didn't even get to place my order before the lady gave me the biggest rudest attitude. I will never go there again. Should have listened.

Who ever took over the wings to go on Kenneth road has been nothing but a huge disappointment. The bacon cheese fries are always over cooked and barely any cheese on them. You used to always get celery. And just today I ordered Boneless wings and when I got home they were traditional. I used to love wings to go, would go there once a week but with this new owner and people running and cooking the food I will never go back.
