The staff was slow, you don't get the celery and blue cheese anymore. I miss the old owner.

The service at the Kenneth road location is horrendous, last two visits were beyond frustrating. Lost our call-in order then had to wait another hour until the new order was complete. Instead of moving the order up because they already screwed up it went to the back of the line. The young lady taking orders couldn't have cared less about customer service and seemed annoyed with us instead of making things right. You would think a manager there would want customers but that location is just lacking any good management. So sad... read more

Kenneth Rd. Location has gone down the drain fast. Terrible customer service and the wings don't taste the same. Between our friends and us; every Few weekends we would take turns purchasing wings and hanging out...such a disappointment how the prices are higher and the quality of food and service is lower. You'll be losing well over $100 a weekend between our families
