This place sucks now due to new owners. Attitude from the workers, freezer burnt waffle fries, and nasty chicken sandwich that was cooked in old oil. The only thing that stayed the same was the sauce (since it's a franchise recipe). Very disappointed in how the place is run now. Especially since I used to work there when the previous owners owned it. I guess this place should've closed down when the previous owners retired.

Placed an order around 5pm they told me an hour to two hours said fine because I know it’s Super Bowl Sunday so drive all the way to the establishment to pick up my order just for them to tell me that they are out of boneless wings which was half of my order ridiculous most horrible customer service I’ve ever experienced I will never go back there and I will never recommend to any of my friends!

We will not be back after years of going here. Wings were not cooked, Harley the manager said it was because they were busy, sorry. Busy??? The employee sitting watching the football game who came to dump the wings with no sauce and then went back out to watch the game again says otherwise. Never an issue for all these years and no resolution today. You've lost our business.

Had to take screen shot because I posted on another site too. Sports Spent 72 dollars food was wrong Wings had no sauce, ordered garbage nachos and got pita bread with cheese instead. Called to complain spoke with manager, she was leaving a note at register to have food remade when in area again. Called back to reorder girl said oh it’s not free the owner changed the note we can only give you ten wings for free I said excuse me... I ended up calling Corporate left a message they never called me back I called again spoke with... read more
put a order in for superbowl sunday 3 days before, and asked if they could cook my 60 wings for a extra 2 mins. to make sure they were cook though. i asked cause in the past year they have been slightly under cooked. when i asked if this was possible the person i asked simple said she couldn't promise that she could cook them the extra 2 mins. this was a $55 dollar order of wings. im sorry but if you cant add two minutes of cooking time to the wings. then im clearly done buying wings from wings to go. miss the old ownership.
