Had A great lunch and experience despite having Sarah “helping” serve us - unfortunately she is not Winghouse girl material - angry - short tempered - rude and almost downright mean - However Kasi ( our primary server ) more than made up for Sarah’s shortcomings by being very pleasant - attentive and absolutely went over and above to be nice to us. Kasi is the embodiment of what it’s like to go to Winghouse and enjoy yourself —

HORRIBLE experience. Went in a large group and was only given ONE server. We understand waiting for food as we go out as a group frequently. However, we told our server the best way to take our orders to keep from getting mixed up (we had one table of kids and one of adults) the completely disregarded our suggestion and every ticket was mixed up. Indeed great food, tasty wings! And the service is nice, all girls dressed similar to the hooter girls.
Ordered from UberEats and their system didn't show that I ordered 10 wings. Forgiveable considering on the receipt I received from them it doesn't show, however my driver told them and showed them when picking up my order that it absolutely did include wings but refused to acknowledge or accomodate that fact. I call the store and who I imagine to be the on staff manager just says "Well I have no way of bringing them to you." Like?? No apology. No explanation.
