RecommendedMy husband, 7 year old daughter, and I went to wing house for an early dinner. We played the claw games in the back with no success. The bartender overheard my daughter say she wanted the one toy SO BAD. A few minutes later Nicole can over with the toy! I thought is was a very sweet gesture. Manager is disrespectful and this location has roaches and they don’t seem to care. I spoke with corporate and they didn’t even care about the issue with the roach and the issue with the manager at that location. Shane on you Winghouse on how you handled this situation. My friend got accused of not paying his tab and the manager called the cops and my friend had to Uber back and he paid again! The next day he had two charges of $178! And one got refunded! We used to go EVERY Wednesday for their $10 boneless all you can eat. But the last time we were there, there were cockroaches everywhere! When we complained the manager asked if WE killed it and said to a waitress "give them the roach discount"! WE shouldn't have to kill the bugs they refuse to get rid of! And they have a discount for it so they KNEW of the issue already. He also said that they come in through the back door, which means they don't call anyone to exterminate them!
