Staff on checkin were very helpful, rooms have seen better days, our room the carpet was coming away from the wall and the curtain was hanging off from one side. Saying that the room was clean and the beds were comfy. Breakfast was ok, eggs and bacon had been sitting out for a long time so was dry.
I use to work here nice and luxurious rooms the food is delicious and the service is nice

Terrible experience. I had booked 5 rooms for a group of ladies coming into town for a tennis tournament. I called on the Thursday morning of our check in and made adjustments to the reservations to ensure each room was in a particular persons name, cancelled one room and designated one room for only a one night stay.
