Great staff!!! Very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel if you are cruising out of Mobile.
It was a good stay my son took in to much pool water got the room and threw up the staff help clean up and was concerned about him. The room was clean and beds comfortable.
My a/c unit wouldn't not shut off. My room was like a meat locker and when I informed the front desk of the issues I was having was told to simply unplug it. I was there with two charter bus load and there were MANY complaints about most of the rooms
