Very upset with the service here at Wingate. When I applied for the apartment they quoted me at $772.00. I applied and was accepted and went forward with the process. I then was called about 2 weeks later and was told the apartment I had signed up for was no longer available and they asked if I would like to move from a 3rd floor to a 1st floor that would be available to move in 2 weeks earlier than expected. I live at wingate apartments in kentwood Michigan. being in a 1 bedroom the 1st and 2nd year is OK but the rent for a 1 bedroom is ridiculous. each year now they keep raising out rent and now almost paying 800.00 for a 1 bedroom no dishwasher. this place is nothing to write home about.on top of that they usually would salt the sidewalks but don't ever salt the parking lots. for that I'd give here a 1 star
Nice staff office friendly
I had resided at wingate apartments for a year and it was an excellent first place to be. We had lived near the office, beautiful landscape, great neighbors ( though i had a bike stolen), and staff were very friendly and efficient with maintenance. If i could have my dog there I'd move back!
