Just experienced the absolute WORST case of customer service from Wolf Street Pizza. I will never order from them again. They were rude and incredibly disrespectful. I didn't even bring it up that there was HAIR in my food. So ignorant. So rude.
Horrible customer service. Ordered through grubhub. The didnt deliver the food. Called 30mins after it was delivered and it was on its way. An hour later, nothing. Called again and was told the driver tried calling me several times and my phone was off which is a flat out lie, food was then dumped at the lobby at 6pm.But at 6:30 I was told he was still on his way. My fiancé and I drove almost 50 minutes just to try this place! I must say...OH MY GOODNESS!!! What an awesome place! Friendly, fast, and fabulous food! We tried the pizza (to die for, and I love pizza but I am picky about the sauce) so good! The hoagie was great! The wings were a favorite of my fiancé! Overall and hour and 40 min drive for pizza was well worth it (even though I worked today)! We will definitely be coming back here! ❤️� thank you wolf street pizza & grill!!!

I order my kids the Macaroni and cheese kids meal, and we receive fried macaroni and cheese bites. When grubhub calls the restaurant, they admit they listed the item wrong on both their website's menu and their grubhub menu and STILL wouldn't refund my order. If you listed the wrong item on your menu, you're responsible for your mistake. Grubhub thankfully runs a more honest business than this local pizzeria and refunded my money and additionally updated their menu for them...I'd have given them a second chance if they just ... read more
This place is a joke. Food was late and terribly greasy. Never again.
When Wolf Street gets it right, they really get it right. But I will say that they're a little less than dependable in that department. I'm an enormous fan of the Wolf Street Special Salad and the Hawaiian Salad, but a few times they left out a major ingredient or gave me something completely different. My main complaint is that the delivery time is always astronomical.
