I lived here back in 2006 and the apartment was beautiful no snags or anything. I moved back here recently and my apartment had been rushed (half done) and it’s over run with roaches. It’s been a nightmare since I moved in 4/15. Trying to grin and bear it , but it’s really irritating.
They are just a horrible staff and management never had I experienced such bad treatment. We have had a lot of maintenance issues we had to fix ourselves and they even tried to get us un-approved for another apartment the assistant manager knew I was going to move she even gave me my notice and told me everything I Thought I needed to knw. and when she sent over my renters verification she told them I didn’t give notice. Claudia is very rude i went to go pay my rent like at 6:04 p.m. due to I have to work tomorrow and I don't get off till 5:00 p.m. so I walk up to the office door and a mexican man was in front of me to pay his rent too so Claudia( lease agent) decided to talk in spanish to the mexican guy telling him that she don't need more people in the office she took his money order for rent I kept say excuse me excuse she look at me and lock the door and walk off like i wasn't nobody but what's the funny thing she had to turn back aroun... read more
VIOLATION OF PRIVACY.... People coming in apartment unauthorized and spoke to lady/manager in rental office said there were no one that suppose to enter my apartment on that day that of my complaints......and was ignored to this day..... This incident has happened at least twice and there were no reason for anyone to enter my apartment said manager in rental office......i do not feel comfortable / safe about eating any of food products in my apartment.....I CANNOT WAIT TO MOVE AWAY FROM THIS DUMP.....
I lived there last year from Aug 15 to Sept.16.... The Apt wasn't ready,,, 6 months later they were accepting section 8 and there were 5 homicides there. Management were sta8 garbage. I won't recommend them to no one.,,,, �
I think the main management wishes well but the office staff here is horrible.
