RecommendedWe lived here for a year and had an amazing experience living here. The only problem we had was the water heater breaking but they fixed that completely within 48 hours. The ladies in the office and the maintenance workers were always polite, helpful, and good people all around. The apartments had the great quality at a great price. I would have stayed longer if I didn’t have to move for work. If I were to move back to Jacksonville I would live here again in a heartbeat!
Very quiet neighborhood. Maintenance is awesome and get things done quickly, I love Scotty. Management is great too.
It's a nice little community, I've lived here for about 10 months and it's a great starter place. It's safe and not bad for the price. Only thing is work orders seem to take a long while
