There are people who have lived above me with large dogs and it sounds like they are coming the ceiling. Then when they are coming down the stairs it sounds like a heard of cows. The residents don't clean up the poop. It is in front of your walk area. I would not recommend this place to live. I had complained and complained . to get no were.
RecommendedMy boyfriend and I recently moved into Windsor Place and we love it so far. The staff in the office is so sweet and answered all questions we had. The apartments are perfect if you are looking for a good starter apartment and it’s your first time being out on your own.

RecommendedThis is honestly the best student living I have ever been in. The ladies in the main office are by fair the nicest consultants I have ever met. While I personally love the variety of snacks that they have in the main office that I can get at any time, I also enjoy the friendly environment and the fun events the main office host. I hesitated when moving in due to previous experiences with student living, but I'm confident this is a place I wanna stay until I'm done with college.
RecommendedWe have had issues with people in the past in the office but the current office manager we have been good with. Some neighbors have given us issues as well but what else do you expect from an apartment. This is a nice place to live and close to a great park if you have kids.
5 stars I lived at Windsor Place six years. Management staff are kind and accommodating. Maintence staff is prompt and friendly. Complex is quiet and i always felt safe. i would gladly return to Windsor Place to live and highly recommend. location is convenient and central to everything! ❤️
RecommendedAlthough I only spent a few months at Elevation, I would highly recommend the complex! Kati and Emily are so beyond personable, welcoming and friendly; they were always quick to answer any questions and address any concerns I had. There were always community events to look forward to (many of which involved pizza/food in general 🤩). The complex itself is in a very quiet area. the ladies in the office is so nice and understanding and very helpful. I have no complaints. and the maintenance guys are speacially helpful and always come when they say they are. I 100% recommend . I'm on my 3rd lease. if we wasnt moving to another state I'd most definitely stay here for sure.
