They walked our son in for the first time and gave him a selection of baggies to choose from, to put in his baggie he got to pick his own toothbrush, he was so excited, and felt rewarded enough just to be there, he willingily, sat in the chair with no complaints! They disguise their tools as animals and squirt guns, and let him feel everything on his hand before putting it in his mouth!!! He had no problem opening his mouth and having fun with them! Had a great experience with today's visit. From the time I was greeted till the minute we left. I definitely plan on making this my primary dentist office for my son. Thanks for the great service keep up the good work.
We would highly recommend Windsor Pediatric Dentistry. Our son had to have some fairly intensive dental surgery. They were able to get us in on short notice and were very understanding of our unique situation. This whole thing was very stressful, scary, and challenging for us but because of the exceptional professionalism and customer service in Dr. Jill's office we were put at ease. Thank you Windsor Pediatric Dentistry for treating our family so well.
My son has special needs and has a fear of doctors, but Dr. Jill and her staff makes him so comfortable! In fact, he looks forward going to the dentist!
Amazing staff. They work great with my 16 year old and fantastic with my 3 year old! Highly recommended them.
