The property management and staff are courteous, professional and work hard to maintain satisfied residents with an attitude of fairness and respect.

I have never seen such a responsive and helpful maintenance team...they are polite, knowledgeable and never give up and are very fast to respond even in the after hours when needed repairs happen ...I have bragged about your teams to many people!!

Verified Renter Windsor at West University is the best apartment. The most important reason being Ms. Amanda, the Property Manager. Ms. Amanda immediately resolves any situation we bring to her. She is the best thing happened to us residents. This whole place being taken care very safely for us. Location and amenities are some of the priceless reasons for this place to be the best. Hats off to Ms. Amanda and her entire staff leasing staff, maintenance staff, cleaning staff, contracting staff, etc. God blessings!

Verified Renter This is one of the best communities Ive lived in. The staff are intelligent and make you feel confident that they actually know what theyre talking about. Also this place is clean as could be! Love seeing Maitenance almost every morning because it shows that they are taking care of this place. Highly recommend!
