Rip off I would give a zero star for what the management had done to me. Initially when I came looking for an apartment, the lady was super nice. But, once I moved in, it faded. Pet poop smell all over the place. I had to call at least two/three times every time I place a maintenance work order. Apartment looked fancy but the inside of toilet flush tank was from ages, it kept breaking down time and again, they would come and just tweak things around to make it work temporarily before you know its broken again and water would... read more

Horrible service Came to view a apartment lady was on the phone. She turned around seen me and my girlfriend and didn't acknowledge. Other guy just sitting on the computer. Sat in the lobby for 10 minutes no one still greeted us. Glad I can save my self a walk and just take you guys off my list.
Extremely unsafe I have been here since July and there had been a total of 4 burglaries (2 involving bicycles and 2 multiple vehicle break ins inside the garage) in this building. Please verify with residents before you move in here.!!! I know the place is nice, but your life and safety comes first. If you need to verify this information is true just call me at 7862530566. Im moving out urgently. Find other location with 24 hour security PLEASE! SPECIALly if you are a woman living alone. God bless.
Amazing! I absolutely love this property. My apartment is spacious and beautiful. The grounds are breathtaking and very well kept. The location is to die for, perfect for my boyfriend and me. He works in the medical center and I work closer to Memorial Park...it's just awesome! I just don't have anything bad to say about Hanover!
A Great Place to Call Home I have lived at Hanover West University for a few months and absolutely love it! The apartments are brand new and beautiful. The staff from the leasing office to maintenance are professional, friendly and helpful. There is a state-of-the-art gym and common areas to relax or entertain (seating areas with t.v.'s, fully-equipped kitchen, pool table).
