Windsor House is a nice and peaceful place to stay,and the staff is great
I’ve lived at Windsor House for a year and a half now and have had a great experience! The location is unbeatable and the staff is very welcoming and helpful. Gabriela, the assistant manager, is always available in the office to help with anything and Quinten, the concierge, is very friendly and loves to chat with the residents when he is working. This apartment complex has been great and I would highly recommend living here!
I've lived at Windsor House just over a year now and have had a wonderful experience so far. The location is unbeatable! I'm in a brand new renovated apartment and the very few times I've had to submit work orders for minor things, maintenance has come within hours if not quicker to fix things. The main concierge, Quentin, is super friendly & knows everyone by name + makes the apartment community feel that much safer and connected. I’ve lived at the Windsor House for 3 years and have had an amazing experience! The highlights of the building include the central location, rooftop pool, nice apartment spaces, and utilities included. However, what really sets the Windsor House apart is the staff - the management/leasing staff are responsive, professional, and go above and beyond to make living here a good experience.
