I loved living in the Windsor House. The staff are amazing. Maintenance is responsive and quick to fix any issues. The building has a pool, free coffee/espresso/hot chocolate machine in the lobby, and underground parking for those who wish to rent a spot. A great building in a great location with anything you might need with a block or two walking distance.
I would not recommend this building for women living alone. There are many resident's of this building that are incredibly suspicious and make for an unsafe environment. I've seen resident's passed out at the front steps of the entrance, doing drugs at the back entrance and the pool, they have peered into my windows, and I was even harassed by a resident causing me to move. Patrick & Gabriela are excellent property managers and apt complex is an excellent location w/ great amenities!
I have lived here for a year and a half, and although the staff is nice and responsive, nothing ever gets fixed. The elevators have been broken, there's a leak in my bathroom ceiling that they "fixed" by painting over, the garbage disposal breaks once a month, the AC/heat has broken several times, and so much more.
The building is unsanitary and Management is horrible. Cockroaches, mold, and rodents. They will enter your unit without notice or your permission. If you move here, expect to document everything, because they will continuously lie. You will have to fight tooth and nail to get Management to address the various health hazards.
