My experience here, has been nothing but the best, from concierge services five star, as well as management and staff, anyone would love to live here , it's a safe and laid back building
You really can’t beat the Windsor House. Aside from the central location and rooftop pool, the management is responsive and seems to care about improving quality of life for the residents; whether it be free coffee, the occasional party, gift bags, or frequent contests for prizes. The concierge, Quentin, is helpful and as friendly as can be. He knows many of the residents (and their dogs) by name. The building is nice and the roof is lovely. Q is a great concierge, friendly and always able to help.
I’ve been living here for just over a year, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience! From day one, the staff has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and taken care of. Every time I’ve run into an issue, it’s been addressed quickly and with a smile. Quentin, who works at the front desk, truly stands out.
