They need to find a better way to charge for water that is far to everyone. Grounds are very well kept and atmosphere is good. Pest control is good too!!
run for the hills do not move here you will never get your security deposit back, single senior citizen living alone and they are keeping it all. DO NOT MOVE HERE and $87 for water and trash seriously my daughter has a house with a family of 5 and their water bill is not that high The only dirt in the place was the dirt the maintenance guy tracked in on his feet during the inspection.
