First we received a letter they would begin on Tuesday. On Saturday we received a letter they would not begin on Tuesday but later in the week. The management doesn’t work with tenants. No amenities really sucks I’m outta here. The remodels consist of painting old 1980’s cabinets removing garbage disposal and cheap plumbing fixtures.
The renovations are inconvenient. The water charge is very high here. The office isn’t always willing to work with the tenants.
