HORRIBLE I would NEVER recommend these apartments to anyone! If you work a first shift Monday-Friday and can’t get home until after 5, you will never get a chance to see the landlord in person. She has assistants who are available on weekends who try to work with you, however there’s not too much that they can do without her. There is after hours maintenance that’s on campus, however they will tell you that it takes a hour and a half to get to you but will NEVER show. Good community to live in! Lakeshore village is a very nice setup-away from the city center but not too far as well...so it gives a cost effective setup... the apartments are decently spacious and clean...but some improvements can be done like ensuring carpet stains are removed and better air and sound insulation.....management(Gina and her team) is really helpful in setting you up...till now i have not faced any issues....and i am really looking forward to have a great time in upcoming summers here! abhinav - residing since... read more
A great value Have lived here for nearly a year, and have been very pleased. The maintanance team is top-notch, and the property management is very flexible and understanding. Would defineltly recommend to my friends and family!
Get what you pay for Apartments aren't soundproofed. Neighbors can be a little strange. Rent is cheap though and the inside of my apartment is decent, they remodeled my kitchen and bathroom before I moved in. Management is on top of things for the most part. You have to deal with neighbors yourself if you have complaints which is annoying. But overall it's not so bad. Just wished the ceilings and walls were made an effort to be semi soundproof at least. Good Value Lake shore Village is one of the nicer apartments in the area it is located near access to public transportation, however a vehicle would be necessary to get to most things in the city. It is in the outskirts of town and a bit isolated which is good if you want some peace and quiet. There is a pool and dogs are allowed which a plus.
