Nice place I'm excited to have a new manager at Windpoint. We are happy that Janet is here. Windpoint Apartments is a nice place to live.
Nice staff and neighbors The new property manager is willing to answer any questions to the best of her knowledge. The maintenance manager is always friendly and helpful. Also all my neighbors are nice and very neighborly.
Honesty and dedication I'm experiencing positive aspects starting with management. I just met the new manager and since the first day she's been working hard. I like the honesty and dedication she put on her work.
great experience I have been living here since September 2018 and my experience has been great. Whenever I call for a problem or need help, they are prompt with a response. I highly recommend moving into these apartments.
Stay Away! Our experience at this terrible property has been a nightmare and considering almost everyone in the hallway has moved out we're not the only ones who are feeling done with this place. Maybe it was when they came home to squirrels being in their kitchen garbage all the time, maybe it's the extremely odd way the property sets a mandatory 4 month raise in rent through the summer for a pool over run constantly by neighborhood children instead of just simply including it in the rent cost, or it could have been the mid... read more

I am sorry that you had a bad experience. Like most apartment buildings, we did struggle with some squirrels getting into the attic spaces, but I have owned the property for almost twenty years, and I am not aware of a squirrel ever entering into a tenant living space. More importantly, we have already begun the process of installing metal soffits that will make it almost impossible for squirrels to get into the attic, which should entirely eliminate the problem. Apartment from hell If you care about your money you would save it. I lived in this dump for one year and that is all they will be getting out of me they lie and they don’t fix any of the issues that are brought to them they lose money orders and charge you late fees due to their mistakes and if you pay with money order you might want to keep your receipt because they forget that you have paid rent and put evection notices on your door for everyone to see. We are sorry to hear your frustrations, but we have heard them loud and clear. The on-site Property Manager was terminated today in response to this complaint and others like it. She did a great job for the first year but she has gone downhill over time. Current tenant I'm a tenant at Windpoint Apartments. The staff here are amazing. They're friendly and easy to work with. I love my patio in the Spring and Summer. It's the perfect location.
