Windpoint is a great place What it's like here at Windpoint Apartments: maintenance responds to work orders in a timely manner, all employees are respectable and caring.
New manager Since Janet has been around, lots of improvements have taken place. I'm happy to have her here.
Major improvements happening This community is peaceful and quiet. Love the area and the new property manager.
So far so good The management here is nice and trust worthy. The apartments are really nice too.
Here to stay The apartments are actually beginning to feel more warm and welcoming now that things are changing. I really feel the need to stay here longer. I love how the new manager is on top of everything. Things are getting fixed on time, not months later. I also love the feedback from the office. I'm looking forward to the next few years!
Positive experience overall At first we had some small concerns but management was always willing to help. Overall it's been a positive experience.
Great changes Janet has turned Windpoint all the way around in a GREAT way. My past experience caused me to make bad reviews and feel a certain way in my own home. Janet came in to a tropical storm! She has been kind and has kept her word. I am so thankful for the change!
Maintenance is great! Apartments are clean and well maintained. Any problems, maintenance is on hand and quick to fix the problems. It is a quiet and respectable place to live.
Positive experience The most positive aspects of our experience as tenants are the apartment complex is located close to the lake, the neighborhood is quiet, there has been major improvements to the property such as new efficient windows.
