DON’T WALK, RUN away from this company! They are just replacing the windows on our building (small dwelling) and it’s a complete DISASTER! One of the most incompetent and disorganised companies I’ve ever seen. All tenants are furious. The list on complaints is huge, just to mention few: - Broken glass and debris left in places where people, including small children walk (entrance, common areas, staircase, etc.). - Zero notice period when they will commence work on a particular unit. The windows were replaced… that’s the only good thing I have to say. It was done very poorly. Marks all over the walls, screws still hanging out of the window sills and pencil marks and stains all over them. The apartment was left in a huge mess and their muddy boots were worn all through the carpet. They also, didn’t tell us when they were coming until the day before and they said “you better have everything moved for us to come at 7am tomorrow “.
Worked really quickly and efficiently. We're great to deal with and cleaned up after their work.
Windows were quickly replaced without much hassle. However our apartment was with dust absolutely everywhere, and windows looked unfinished. Additionally communication on when the windows were being replaced wasn’t great. (Unit 7).
Very happy with the replacement windows installed. There was a delay outside of their control but the new windows have improved our insulation for better temperature control and we can barely hear any outside noise when windows are closed.
