I bought a garage door from Windows world a few years back. The original door had 4 sections as it is a low frame. The 3 sales man insisted a 3 section door would work. Almost immediately the 3 sections kept jumping the track. I contacted Window World in person or by phone numerous times.No response. I called the regional office in Omaha. Never received a call back. Can't give them a lower number. This place needs to be shut down. Worst service ever had.

I was thinking of getting a estimate from them on siding, but after seeing the job done across the alley from me.. not impressed. No follow up to repair the problems (siding falling off, discolored) neighbors have contacted them several times, just lip service in my opinion on coming to make it right with them. Not a good way to make a good name for there company.

Had a sliding glass door put in, love it! Joel and his staff have gone above and beyond to make sure our door was perfect! Thank you Window World!
