The installers were extremely rude. Came in our house and did nothing but judge. Of course our house wasn’t going to be in perfect condition. We had to have everything away from ALL the windows. The original guy who came out was great. The installers need to mind their own business. Not sure who the f*** they think they are to judge. 0/5 stars would not recommend unless you want people who have NO PLACE sticking their NOSE in your business. Today we got 10 new windows installed in our sun porch in only 5 hours. Barely heard any noise and no mess at all. Super nice workers, very professional. Will definitely consider for any future window needs.
I had very old windows, my new one are more drafty than my old ones, my doors are worse! they have yet to caulk my windows and doors outside. not to mention replacement windows were all wrong the first time, still waiting on the 2nd.
They do great work, and are tidy and clean.
