RecommendedExcellent customer service and wonderful product. We could tell a difference in the comfort in our home also still immediately. Our first year with the windows has saved us so much on utilities. Especially on those weeks hot humid summer days and frosty winder stretches.

good windows and fair pricing
Window World replaced my windows 13 years ago. At that time my house was 105 years old with wavy glass in wooden frames that leaked cold air in the winter. My husband wanted to replace our leaky windows before winter set in but little did we know he was killed before they even finished. I am so glad it was taken care of so I didn’t have to deal with it in the future. They have been wonderful and have eliminated all the drafts we had with the original ones.
I have done an online request to be contacted for an estimate. I have called twice and spoke directly to a representative, I was told the person that handled estimates was “ out to lunch” and they would return my call. It’s been over a week now and no one has yet to return my call. With service this bad, needless to say, I will NOT be using their services.
