very very boor work never again
We ordered our windows and were told the would be installed in April. Then called and said it would be May. In June we called them to find out our date of installation, go over the number of windows to be installed and the balance. Monday my installers showed up and installed the wrong number of windows and the caulking looks terrible. I called them back twice and was told they would be back out on Sunday and fix the problem and no one ever called or showed up. No I will never use window world again
RecommendedI contacted Jim recently to come give me a quote on replacing my windows. I received not only an immediate response of “I can come out this afternoon” but a quote from him the very next morning. Honest, straightforward, and very professional. Not to mention, a great quote! Am I still waiting for that second quote from a competitor? It’s been 3 weeks and I have heard nothing. Tsk, tsk, very unacceptable. I recommend Window World beyond all doubt! Thank you, Jim and Kathy!!
We ordered a picture window in September of last year, and after many calls have heard about every excuse in the book as to why it can't be installed. Too rainy (the window is under an 8 ft awning, other people need their window worse than we do, we're 20 miles from Jackson and they don't want to drive that far just for 1 window, (wish they had said that when we ordered it!). Had a great experience a year ago but when we tried to finish our project this year we found out that our puchase was too low to add on to our credit account with Window World. They have changed their financing policy and now require a $1500 purchae AFTER a down payment. So, in order to complete our job, we have to pay in full after the down payment, instead of being able to add it to the existing account we have with Window World.
Absolutely love my new windows! From estimate to installation, everyone was fantastic to work with. Highly recommend Window World to anyone looking to update their windows!
