RecommendedHigh quality, professional installation. Absolutely best window buying experience I have ever had.
Would not recommend Window World AT ALL! Moved into my house in April of this year. Had one of the men come and measure our window in June. He stated that it would take 8-10 weeks for the window to come in. October rolls around and I called the man that came and looked he told me he NEVER came to my house and measured my window and that he was retired. I very satisfied with the windows and would definitely recommend window world to my friends.
Window World does an excellent job. Their prices are completely fair. They are built to fit each window opening like a glove. It only took a little over a day for installation. I am so proud of my windows and absolutely love them. They cleaned up everything when they were finished. I can tell a great savings on my electric bill! Thank you Window World for a job well done ❤️
Customer service is nonexistent. Our 10-12 week wait turned in 16 weeks after multiple calls. Windows are installed incorrectly, crooked. We're getting bugs inside. Two windows need replacing because of condensation between the panes. We're told it would be 3-4 weeks. We're now looking at 8 with no followup. Mike said he would call on Monday. This is now the THIRD Monday with no call.

I got my new windows and they are perfect! Everyone was very professional and very helpful when it came to picking my new windows. They were installed in a timely manner and no mess was left behind. Everything was clean and looking absolutely stunning. I highly recommend Micheal Church and the team at window world in Jackson!!!!
