My husband and I put in our order October 10 with 5000 dollars down!!!! Still waiting and no updates. We have taken time out our schedule to call them for updates and received a lame response!! We are both very disappointed. Can someone help us?
Beware. They promise a “lifetime installation guarantee,” but good luck getting anyone to come back out for a warranty inspection. I first called over the summer after noticing gaps in the exterior caulking. It took three months of repeated calls just to be told someone would come and never showed up, while I was caring for my kids and my husband was recovering from open-heart surgery. I’m so pleased with the customer service and the installation of my sliding glass door. They set up the appointment and showed up on time. The work was done very fast and it looks fantastic. Would recommend!!
Great guys, Eric and Mike, arrived exactly as scheduled. Were very polite, explained what they would be doing, and did everything so professionally! They were able to replace and finish out our windows in one day, the week of Christmas! Amazing the difference these windows have made!
