The tldr: 1. Sales rep was great 2. Satisfied with product, price, installation, and warranty 3. Installers did a wonderful job Working with Eddie and his team was as smooth as one could hope for. I am enjoying my new windows. I appreciate Eric and Mike dodging wasps, neighbor dogs and my endless questions! I do not have a new bill yet but seems like the AC is not having to run so much, which is great. Chase was responsive and patient as I made my decisions about the windows. I love the clear - no grid - views!
