UPDATE: I paid $8,860 on Dec 1, 2025 to replace the remaining 13 windows, with a contract that stated 8-12 weeks installation. It's now May 2, 2026 and after trying again, unsuccessfully to contact them, I fear that I'm in the same boat as all the other people paying and not receiving the product! I'm pretty sure they blocked me from FB messenger. I asked Chase on 3/18/26 via messenger where the windows were. It was read and not responded to. Very pleased with the installers (Heath & Ali) very professional and explained everything to us!! . Actually everything was ahead of schedule. Will recommend highly recommend.
