I do not recommend this company due to poor quality of product. - Jan 2023 bought 2 patio doors, 3 slider windows. Product that was installed in May included 2 cracked slider windows and all products had wrong color on interior. All needed to be replaced. - May 2023 bought additional 19 windows. After install in Oct 2023, 13 of the 19 had noted manufacturing defects requiring replacement in January 2024. Installation of door was done well and in good time. Area cleaned nicely and all old remnants removed. Door is exactly what was ordered
Installers were amazing. We used window concepts 4 years ago and were so impressed that we wanted to use them again for my 2nd bathroom. It is beautiful ?? ?? ??
