They were very reliable and showed up when they said they would, they showed professionalism and efficiency, they answered all of my questions and were very helpful. The windows met/exceeded our expectations and would definitely recommend Windows Concepts to anyone.

July 2025 I had my sliding patio door replaced by Window Concepts. They were great to work with. I was able to quickly schedule a quote (on a Saturday even!), easy communication throughout the process, professional individuals on every level. The install went smoothly and the clean up was better than expected. I would use Window Concepts again and recommend them to others.

We had a very good experience with Window Concepts, from the initial sales rep to the installers. Everyone we worked with was professional and courteous. We have already referred them to friends of ours and will do so to others in the future!

We used Window concepts to replace a sliding door in our walk out basement. The old door was original to our 35 year old house and tremendously leaking. Window concepts was willing to work within our budget to find a door that met our needs and would blend into the traditional style of our house! We will keep them in mind when we replace our windows in the future!
Fantastic service from the point of sale thru installation and we are in awe at the quality of the new windows. We cannot recommend Window Concepts highly enough. Don’t even bother calling anyone else!
