Would highly recommend Window Concepts. They were so easy to work with from start to finish. Endless options for a new front door. Sales person was knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect fit for our house. Timely installation with professional installers that were very friendly. Clean up was perfect! Window Concepts was extremely professional and kind. Our door installation service went quickly and smoothly, the serviceman was extremely experienced and offered advice outside of the scope of the project, which we appreciated. The company also offers several types of discounts which made our project more affordable. Overall we are very happy with our new door and will be returning customers with Window Concepts!
We had a fantastic experience from our Salesman to our installer. They had a lot of options to choose from. The installer took the time to let us know what he was going to do, that he would talk to us if he found anything unexpected. He was very respectful/professional when I asked any questions. He cleaned the work area very well. He also talked to us about the door being somewhat hard to close because of the new seals.

We had a great experience with Window Concepts of Minnesota! They replaced a damaged sliding patio door in our house. The price was fair, the crew was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Installation crew did a horrible job big fat lumpy caulking j trim corners not matching up, killed all my plants by my house .my old windows were bad yes, but my house is in good shape, now my siding is messed up, they cut it to short and just slid it over tires the window and made it short on the side of house then claimed they didn’t cut it there. When I called they had the nerve to send the same crew out to fix it, I’m alone and had to point out all this crappy workmanship that they did, very uncomfortable to say the leas... read more

I am sorry you had a bad experience. We did return and fix the items, and you signed off on the service sheet. Our project manager did reply to you on 10/10/24 but received no reply. He will reach out again today to obtain a service date to repair the locks they found when we returned to complete your initial service. Since your plants were directly in front of the windows they installed, damage did occur because the safety of our crews has to be considered.
They were prompt, gave full explanations off work to be done. They matched costs expectations, (no surprise charges). Full cleanup after work was done.
