We worked with Window Concepts based on a referral from a friend and we would absolutely refer them! The process was smooth from ordering to install and we appreciated the communication along the way. The individual who installed our door did a fantastic job - we are thrilled with the end result!

Our door installation service went quickly and smoothly, the serviceman was extremely experienced and offered advice outside of the scope of the project, which we appreciated. We had a fantastic experience from our Salesman to our installer. They had a lot of options to choose from. The installer took the time to let us know what he was going to do, that he would talk to us if he found anything unexpected. He was very respectful/professional when I asked any questions. He cleaned the work area very well. He also talked to us about the door being somewhat hard to close because of the new seals.
