The gentlemen that came was friendly, worked quickly, and cleaned up the area very well. We would recommend Window Concepts for front door installation and removal of old door.
Great experience with Window Concepts from day one. They were extremely timely in coming out to provide a quote and provided an informative in-home demonstration. We hired Window Concepts in late February and had three large bedroom windows installed on 4/18/25. Communication was great throughout the whole process and the install team arrived within the timeframe originally given. Hired them to replace 2 windows, cut in 1 new window last August. We are in April and there is still a work order to fix the work they did extremely poorly. Left a google review, reviewed by (Owner) on google reviews, who stated a project manager would reach out, Radio silence since. Install team didn't do a quality review, forgot insulation, cracked my siding, cracked existing drywall, forgot J-channel on 1 of 3 windows outside, cracked interior existing drywall not related to window and didn't repair, exposed fasteners on ... read more

Had a great experience with Window Concepts ordering a custom glass door to replace a solid door for a condo. The sales process was informative and transparent. All communications I've had with the company have been excellent. The door came sooner than expected and the installers were friendly, professional and clean. Windows are wonderful! Not having drafts is a great thing! Installation was quick and the guys that put in the windows were very friendly. A great group to work with!
Window Concepts is the most unprofessional company with the poorest quality of customer services. Calls and emails go completely unanswered. The entire house installation was a joke; one window was replaced three times. Condensation was so bad mold was growing on the frames. The workmanship was completely unacceptable and remains after months of trying to contact to resolve the issues. DO NOT purchase from this company.
