My project was replacing French doors on my walkout patio with a Sliding door, and my experience was wonderful. In May I liked the competent salesman from Window Concepts MN much better than the "other guys" I got bids from, and his price was lower too. When my sliding door was installed a week ago in late August, my installation team was also very competent and good with communication. Our project included six windows and two doors. During the estimate, they answered all of the questions and told us exactly what to expect, in a professional, friendly manner we were kept informed during the process, and when the installers came, they were so fast clean and courteous enough to take off their shoes every time they entered our home! Definitely would recommend and use for future projects
