who ever wrote that the windmill apartments is a good place to live must be on crack.i use to live there last year until we moved due to the mexican matence people.the mexican matence lady was picking on my poor hispanic mom so we moved to a nicer place and the managers let her do what ever she wants.this place sucked.i would put an ad in the orange county register about this dump.
