Wife was denied service after scheduling an appointment. We moved from the Midwest and she needed a permanent retainer fixed. They told my wife they can’t fix her retainer since “she’s not an original patient”. She’d have to get on a plane to just fix this! Ridiculous! We had money ready to pay, too!
I just finished a 1.5 year Invisalign treatment as an older adult. It was much easier than I anticipated. Loved everyone here from the front desk, clinical staff and of course Dr. Ross. They proved themselves to be flexible and professional. Never waited more than 5 minutes, always felt informed and well cared for. So happy I did this and loved my results!
