This man is very rude ! I paid him $475.00 for Put two new front rollers and brakes all the way around! My brakes wouldn’t stop squeaking so I waited because I know when you get brakes you have to wait a week or something before the sounds stops and I waited 3weeks and the car still squeaking, so I took the car back and he did say he would put so more new brakes pads on it! Hi Latasha, our records show that you have come in once before to get your brake pads replaced. The first time being on February 28, 2019, we replaced your front brake pads. Then on September 4, 2020, after 33,591 miles, we replaced your front and rear brake pads as well as replaced the front rotors and resurfaced the rear rotors. Durrell has been servicing my 2003 Toyota Highlander for several years now. I have purchased my tires there and they have always honored the warranty and general tire maintenance. Worst experience of my life. I waited amount 3 hours for an oil change. When I said I had to leave the owner got an attitude and told me he told me in the beginning it would be a wait. That’s mighty funny considering the lady wrote my ticket and I never spoke to him.
Why do I recommend Durrelltire to y’all cause it’s got the best husband and wife and daughter team who runs it you can’t ask for any better people they are the best if you need something that day for your car Durrell will get you the part for your car and have you back on the road in no time that’s how good they are so if your car ever brakes down on you give them a call and you will make a great come back thanks and have a nice day
