Take your money anywhere but here. Laundry doesn't work half the time. Our trucks have been broken into countless times and both the office and police say its not their problem. I've called for the courtesy office and never shows up. The pool is only open about 1/4 of the time. The soccer field is just grass that has dog poop everywhere. The playground is broken. The free WiFi is a joke. Oh and they're trying to jack our rent up almost $200. Please look at other places before here. Don't make the same mistake we did.
Staff has always been very nice, and maintenance has been very prompt and professional on any issue I've ever had. I recommend Windham Court.
My switch to a different apartment went really well but the old drafty sliding glass door and windows in my new apartment hurt my electric, no bueno.
