Lovely facility with plenty of extra's. Modern, spacious suites. Love the laundry locker and the amenities on site. Very friendly and professional staff. Dog friendly a plus.

Just renewed for my 2nd year. Buildings are nicely remodeled. Very good management, maintenance, they all are very friendly. There's a BBQ/social space with grass. Parking is simple, long dog runs (pet friendly community). Location: a couple blocks from Target, golf course, few more to Sams club, AMC movie theater about a mile. People that complain about other things need to get a house--all apartments will have issues

This is one of the best place to live in Wichita. Eliuanna is always very helpful. Apartments are spacious and clean, though its an older property and also the rents are pretty good.
I lived here for a few years it was really great. Easy to get to Kellogg and easy to get to stores like Walmart and Target.
