First time staying at this Hyatt location. My little ones were extremely happy with the river and pool. Staff was very nice. The only things I wasn’t too happy about are: housekeeping never showed up to at least throw the trash away-at check out we were told that we have to call them in order for any housekeeping to be done. We weren’t informed about the daily activities until check out- we were there from Wednesday through Saturday. Beautiful property! It felt like I was out in the country. All of the staff I interacted with during my 4 day stay were so helpful and friendly from the front desk to the activities desk and restaurant staff. I was there for business but would love to return with my family!
Wonderful shady lazy river to relax in on a hot Texas day. All in all lovely resort. Great activities for children.... the only thing we didn’t enjoy was the food around the pool menus and room service. Just not that good and $$.
I was visiting the hotel to attend a company party. I loved the hotel and all it has to offer families. Next time I will bring my kid so we can rent bikes and ride the beautiful trails. The hot tub was amazing. It was clean and hot and just didn’t disappoint in comfort. Just stay there, every thing was worth the stay.
Everything about the resort was perfect especially the outdoor amenities. The ONLY complaint we had was the lobby smell was not something we really enjoyed. Would highly recommend the resort.
