We stayed here February 13-15, 2020 and had a lovely time. The food was spectacular! Charlie’s Long Bar was fun, and the beautiful property with its ancient live oaks screams everything Texas Hill Country! The only negative was all the hidden fees on the bill.
We had issues with checking in. The battery on the door pad needed to be changed and it took longer than expected. We drove 6 hours and didn’t arrive till after 9:00 pm and our family was tired. But the staff was so nice and helpful they found us another room and offered us complimentary breakfast since we had to wait so long. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back to visit! Breakfast in the Springhill cafe was amazing! Make sure and visit the Antlers Lodge for creme brûlée it’s wonderful!
On arrival we had to request clean sheets, which we didn’t get until we called a second time later on in the day. The Spa was great. We were celebrating our 43rd anniversary which I mentioned at the time of reservation. Nothing was said about our anniversary at the time of check in and there was nothing in the room; so I called the front desk. It’s always refreshing coming to a Hyatt resort . We use the one in San Antonio Texas . my wife and I enjoy the atmosphere, the facilities, and the people😃
We love this resort the old world charm the lazy river slides pool activities for the kids it is a great place to relax and enjoy your vacation .

We loved it! Superb customer service and I totally loved the option to text message guest services! � The lazy river was so relaxing and we all enjoyed it. We enjoyed the activities throughout the day. S’mores were my child’s favorites time of the day followed by the outdoor movie night. This is well balanced for the family. I’m definitely coming back. So pleased!
