We've been coming here with our extended family for 9 years and we love it! I injured my leg a couple months ago and only recently started walking without assistance. Amidst the chaos of leaving home yesterday to come to the Hyatt, I left my crutches leaning against the wall back home. Thankfully, my SIL thought to ask the staff here at the hotel if they had crutches I could borrow and they came through! Whew! This Hyatt never disappoints.

Lots of fun at this resort.
It’s out dated and very pricey for what you get. The JW is a much better resort for the same price and the view is much better. It’s just a glorified hotel nothing more.
After a long hard day it was so awesome to get away and enjoy the night. Had an amazing dinner. Food was great. Plus I had to use my FREE night before it expired so it was all good! Next time we will stay for the weekend.
Have stayed there several times now, love it, staff very friendly & helpful, their restaurant has one of the best buffet i’ve seen at a hotel. Kind of pricey with all the tip expected.
We loved our stay. The resort is so fun and it was the kids favorite stop on our hill country trip.
