Pool is great. Grounds are beautiful. No complaints on staff or service. Whatever you do, don’t stay in Room 2701. It is next to a stairwell or maybe a service corridor. There was banging all night long. It was hard to get to sleep. Other than that, no complaints.
Love it!!!! Family fun during the day, and a night cap at the in house bar. Your missing out if you haven’t been!!
My wife took our girls (ages 10 and 9) and their two friends (ages 9 and 8) to Hyatt Hill Country for an overnight stay July 10-11, 2018. By far the big hit of their stay (more than the lazy river or temporary tattoos) was hanging out with Ranger Sean on the hotel grounds, feeding peanuts to the squirrels and hearing about the wildlife on the hotel grounds and how Ranger Sean takes care of the critters. Thanks for keeping them entertained Ranger Sean, I think they learned a lot.
As always, the resort did not disappoint. The lazy river was so relaxing. There were always plenty of clean towels. The entire staff was friendly and service oriented. Monica was our housekeeper, I left five dollars on the table for her the first night intended to be a tip, she didn't take it. How refreshing to know if you leave something out in a hotel room it's not just going be scooped up. I left it when we checked out so hopefully she did get it. Over rated. Over priced.
Great place just a little noisy in the room. You can hear ever thing. Thank God for white noise machines.
Was there in business and the hotel had everything I needed. The staff was pleasant and the rooms and balconies were amazing. Will definitely be back!

This was the absolute best NYE getaway! The staff was friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home. Unfortunately my little sister had to be taken to night clinic at 3am but the staff were lovely and gave directions to the nearest one. Despite the rough couple of nights, they made sure we had a pleasant time and even brought my sister cookies and juice to our room.
