The service was excellent, the food was delicious and every staff member went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and special. We were there to celebrate a birthday and all of us were so pleased with this beautiful facility. We highly recommend it.

Came here for a meeting but was not an overnight guest. I will definitely come back to experience the great amenities offered. I was a little disappointed with the banquet staff service but it definitely did not diminish the overall ambience and peaceful serenity of the grounds. Can't wait to come back with my family.
We love the Hyatt Regency Hill Country resort. We came last year Jan 2016 and enjoyed it too The staff is very nice and helpful. They are very efficient, we enjoyed our waitress in the restaurant, that's in the bar, temporarily, Trudy! Thank you well be back 🏻😊
Staff very accommodating! Lots to do! Incredible spa area! Not much of a nature trail but still a great place and I will return and tell others about this place!!

This place has been absolutely INCREDIBLE. From the lazy river, to the pool, to the restaurants, to the golf has been a true joy! If I could give the staff 10stars I would. Everyone(from head management all the way down) has been over-the-top friendly and helpful. I will definitely be bringing my family back here multiple times.
I loved it there. It's beautiful and the staff was all very nice. My girls loved all the water and they wouldn't stop swimming!
