Love this place - they do it right during the holidays!
I stayed overnight in order to attend a conference that was being held in one of their ballrooms. My experience was nothing short of AMAZING! I never had to lift a finger to handle luggage or open a door. The room had everything that I needed for my stay. The conference itself was very well planned and executed by the hotel staff. The grounds were clean and decorated beautifully for the Christmas season. I could have sat in front of one of their two GIANT fireplaces for HOURS. Facility is a grand site. We were sent to park at a location opposite where our event was held. $4 for a 2 oz glass of soda? Wait staff picked up our water glasses and tea glasses while we were dancing. Had to ask to replace water and tea to table. BTW, tea was not served with the meal, although the tea pitchers were in plane sight. Only after asking for it was it served. Have been here before and service was a lot better than on this occasion.
This is by far my favorite Resort in San Antonio. My family and I always have a great time here. They have many activities for the kids and the pool area/lazy river is so relaxing. The scenery and all the trees surrounding the property are just beautiful. Staff are always friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to accommodate you. Hope to come back next month again. :)
Every aspect exceeded our expectations. It's very much oriented to families with small children, so if that's not your thing you might skip this hotel.
This is a perfect place to come to relax. The resort has everything you need to enjoy a vacation or a long weekend. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We enjoy coming with our grandchildren, but equally enjoy coming by ourselves!
This place has been absolutely wonderful! We have a 2 yr old and a 5 yr old. They have both been entertained the whole time. Face painting, dancing on the lawn, water slide, smores, lazy river, building sand castles.....the list goes on and on! Really appreciated that breakfast was free for them, as food and drinks can definitely add up very quickly. Staff have been great!
