Brand new hotel. Loved the service and warm chocolate chip cookies. My husband and kids loved the breakfast as well.
Had the TLS recognition party Jan 13 2018 . The lamination on the floor was popping up in places . I tripped and fell . The bathrooms w6 in the lockers rooms .
Was there in business and the hotel had everything I needed. The staff was pleasant and the rooms and balconies were amazing. Will definitely be back!

This was the absolute best NYE getaway! The staff was friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home. Unfortunately my little sister had to be taken to night clinic at 3am but the staff were lovely and gave directions to the nearest one. Despite the rough couple of nights, they made sure we had a pleasant time and even brought my sister cookies and juice to our room. My family had a great time. It's Very relaxing and not too far from Dallas. It's a great get away. They have a lot to do for everyone in family. The only problem was a not knowing everything they offered. They have a lot to offer. I wish they had a simple list with everything they have. Specially when most all of the things are complementary.
