Excellent place to stay
This was not my first visit to the hotel, but it certainly was NOT as pleasant as prior visits. From the lack of customer service to cold food, I was very disappointed with this visit after recommending this hotel many times.
I already miss being at the resort. It is so relaxing and fun! It was a blessing to be able to vacation there. Thank you for a wonderful week!

We stayed a week at spring break with our three little boys and we absolutely loved it. It is so family friendly with tons of activities all day. Our kids had so much fun and are already asking to go back. We will definitely be back.
Time to find a new family run away weekend spot! To pay $300 plus a night for a less than mediocre room is a little much. We had come here for years and always enjoyed our stay however it’s been a few years since our latest stay. It seems some general room maintenance is much needed. Beds are rock hard, tub surround full of mold, room hallways needs attention,etc. Not to mention the two different fire alarms at midnight last night. Great location, facilty and staff for a Final Four weekend. Normally a Marriott Guy, but the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort has me second guessing now. Looking forward to my next visit.

Always an excellent time! Everyone from Valet's, to Front Desk, to Richard and Larissa the Food and Beverage Managers. Ken at SpringHouse and All the bartenders at Charlie's-Ryan, Partrick, Derek, Kyle...and to some i may have missed...Make u feel at home...for us its a home away from from home for me and my family!!
