I was at the hotel for a Masquerade ball, and I must say the hotel is beautiful. As a travel agent, I would love to visit the hotel for a sotw inspection. The hotel is gorgeous from what I saw of it.
Perfect for a short getaway. Staff is super nice! Awesome customer service from front desk to valet to housekeeping. To several requests I heard “we can do that!”- very accommodating for early checkin/late checkout. Provided robes & slippers, a dog bed and bowl. When we were a few minutes behind at checkout, the cleaning crew responded with “no worry- take your time.” Beautiful well-kept, clean grounds. Worth the price to enjoy a stress free getaway.

For the outrageous amount of money I had to pay, and the treatment I received, I would never return and I would never recommend anyone stay here. I had heard glowing things from people that stayed here before and I was expecting great things. Instead, I was charged a huge amount of money, to be treated shabbily and then to have false fire alarms go off at midnight on (4/7/2018), sending families outside in the cold? Horrible time and I had the privilege to pay through the nose for it, a total rip off.
