Bought my second bike from this store and I continue to come in purchase parts. Love working with them and their all good people.
Only dealt with Wind River a few times when getting new parts for my V-Rod Muscle but it was finally time to trade it in and get a touring bike. Walking in with the thought of getting a Street Glide I talked with Brian Cary about what I was looking for and he suggested a test ride the Street and Road Glide based on the different setups up front. Many have told me not to purchase from Wind River, stating that they are over priced and had bad customer service. However, that is not the case of what i experinced with Wind River. They were patient with my continual browsing and test riding almost every bike they had. Their customer service was outstanding and was willing to work on price.
