Windriver Harley Davidson has went out of their way to help me and my family and friends with anything we need. So if you are in Lawton, Oklahoma and need anything from a new or used bike,parts, HD motor clothes or home decor stop in and check em out.
I brought the bike in just to get brake pads replaced. Service department went above and beyond by not only cleaning the bike, but topping it off, too. Thanks, guys!
My "Wind River HD " experience started while I was running the Hoka Hey Motorcycle Challenge in 2013....I had made it to the Texas/Oklahoma border heading to the finish line at Wolf's Run in New York. I needed a new front tire....after being put off by the HD dealer in Wichita Falls, Texas, I called Wind River. ..this is when I met Janice and Kim...even though they were having a gathering of bikers/poker run/cookout at the dealership, they told me if I would come to Lawton they would immediately get me in and get me back on ... read more
I would like to personally Thank "Mike" in service today 21Sept15 for his assistance with my radio issues this morning on my 2011 Ultra Limited while traveling back home from Texas. There was a real sense of care and sense of urgency in trying to get me back on the road, I would recommend everyone that is traveling through Lawton, Ok to stop and see the store and at least stop back in service and say "Hello" to Mike and his people as they are very professional.
