Spent the afternoon at wind river Harley and it looks like we might just figure out what's wrong with my bike. They treated me great and listened to my problems instead of telling me it's normal even if we don't solve the problem they have my business everyone I met today was awesome thanks Walter , Brook, and Alan I enjoyed just talking to you. You guys do know how to treat customers

Wow I was blown away at the customer service when I recently bought an XL1200T. I traded in my old cycle and got a darn good trade in allowance plus got an excellent price on the new cycle. They walked me around the whole place and I think I shook hands with every employee there. It was awesome. Everyone goes out of their way to make you happy. I will definitely be joining them when they have special events and of course will go back for any extra bling I want to put on my new baby. This great grandma is one happy motorcycle... read more
